Crispy Chicken Crunch Wrap

 

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one portions.

  • Chicken Breast 1, 125g or 4.4oz
  • Black Pepper twist
  • Tortilla 1, large
  • Corn Flakes 20g or 0.7oz
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Low-Fat Yoghurt 1 tbsp
  • Lettuce 2 leaves
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Salt pinch

Instructions:

Set your air fryer to 200°C (or oven to 220°C fan).


Crush the corn flakes into fine crumbs. In a bowl, combine with paprika, salt, and
pepper. In a separate bowl, add 1 beaten egg. Dip each chicken strip into the egg
mixture, followed by the cornflake mixture.


Place the coated strips in the air fryer or oven and cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping
halfway, until golden and cooked through.


Warm the wrap if desired. Spread yogurt and sweet chilli sauce over the base. Add
the chopped lettuce, followed by the crispy chicken.


Roll the wrap tightly, slice in half, and enjoy!
