CREAMY CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM PASTA
Ingredients:
- 150g chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 65g pasta raw (any choice penne or spaghetti)
- 100g mushroom
- 75g potatoes
- ½ medium Onion sliced
- 3 garlic cloves
- Almond milk 200ml
- 1tsp olive oil
- 10g parmesan cheese
- 1tsp chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Heat some oil in a skillet and sauté onion and garlic.
- Then gradually add the diced potatoes and the sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown.
- Add the diced chicken sauté for 2 min in low flame.
- Add the almond milk and cook the chicken thoroughly. Reduce the milk by half and add the boiled pasta
- Season with salt and pepper and mix in the parmesan cheese.
