COTTAGE CHEESE SALSA

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g low fat cottage cheese
  • 70g tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 50g jalapeño pepper, seeded, chopped
  • 70g onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl. 
  1. Season well.
  1.  Refrigerate 30 min. Serve chilled!
