COTTAGE CHEESE SALSA
Ingredients:
- 150g low fat cottage cheese
- 70g tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 50g jalapeño pepper, seeded, chopped
- 70g onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Combine ingredients in a bowl.
- Season well.
- Refrigerate 30 min. Serve chilled!
