CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POWDER OATMEAL

 

Ingredients:

  • 140ml almond milk
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (35g)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • 45g old fashioned rolled oats
  • 45g chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Whisk milk, protein powder, sugar free syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a small pot over medium-high heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Stir in the rolled oats and continue to cook for 3-4 more minutes.
  3. Put the oatmeal in a bowl and put chocolate chips on top!
