Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one servings.

  • Banana 1 small
  • Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp
  • Peanut Butter 1 tbsp
  • Oat Milk 300ml or 10.1fl oz
  • Whey Protein 1 scoop, chocolate
  • Ice handful (optional)

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness
with extra oat milk or ice if needed. Serve immediately.
