Choco-Crisp Protein Bowl

Ingredients: (Makes 1)
- Greek Yoghurt 150g or 5.3oz, 0% fat
- Rice Krispies 40g or 1.4oz
- Rice Krispies 10g or 0.35oz
- Whey Protein 1 scoop, chocolate
- Dark Chocolate 15g or 0.53oz (3 squares)
- Semi-Skim Milk 1 tbsp
Instructions:
In a medium sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, and milk. Stir
until smooth. Add 40g (1.4oz) of Rice Krispies and fold them in gently until fully
coated.
Melt the dark chocolate (using a microwave in 15-second bursts or a double
boiler). Mix in the remaining puffed cereal and layer it on top of the bowl.
Pop the bowl in the fridge for 5–10 minutes if you’d like the chocolate to set and
give the top an extra crunch. If you like, add a square of two of kinder bueno!
