CHICKEN SWEET POTATO TOTS
Ingredients:
- 200g sweet potato
- 150g boneless chicken breast
- 30g oats flour
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Serve with
- 30g Fountain Tomato Sauce (no added sugar)
Method:

Pre-heat the oven to a temperature of 375 degrees Celsius. Now, in a deep bottom vessel boil water along with sweet potatoes over full flame till they appear tender. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and grill for approximately 8 min. Let it cool and pulse the chicken in the blender till smooth.

Drain these potatoes from the vessel and set aside. Let them cool. Once they have cooled down, peel the potatoes. Mash them well using your hands and transfer to a large bowl. Add flour to this and mix well.
Step 3 / 3
Start making tiny balls out of this mixture and slide them into the pre-heated oven for a minimum 30
minutes or until they are cooked well. After 30 minutes, take these out of the oven and serve them with sauce.
