CHICKEN SPINACH POTATO
Ingredients:
- 150g spinach
- 150g boneless chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 200g potato
- 1 green chilli
- 1 cloves garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium tomato
Method:
Step 1 / 6
Put a pan over medium flame and let it heat. Add a little oil to the pan and add the sliced chicken and cook for 8 minutes and then add the chopped spinach into the pan and spread it well.

Then add a little salt and pepper to cook the spinach and the chicken and cover the pan for 4 to 5 minutes and let the spinach cook.

Now add the chopped green chillies and garlic in the pan and cover again, let it cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the chopped onions and tomatoes in the pan and mix it well with the spinach. Cover again and cook on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 5 / 6
Finally add boiled potatoes along with a little salt and mix well with the other ingredients. Cover the pan and cook it for another 2 minutes.
