CARAMEL MACCHIATO OVERNIGHT DESSERT OATS

Ingredients:
- 45g Oats
- 1 scoop caramel whey protein powder (35g)
- 120g banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds or Ground Flaxseed
- 2 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 200ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 50ml Brewed Coffee (or Espresso, for a real caffeine kick!)
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, stir together the oats, protein powder, chia seeds, sweetener and salt.
- Stir in the almond milk, coffee, and vanilla extract. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with sliced banana in the morning, Enjoy!
