BOUNTY SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 200g frozen banana
- 60g coconut yoghurt
- ½ scoop protein powder (17.5g)
- 3 tablespoons coconut water
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
Chocolate shell:
- 45g chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (7g)
Instructions:
- In a blender blend all the smoothie ingredients.
- Once it is thick Pour in to a Bowl.
- Make the chocolate shell by microwaving the chocolate and oil until a smooth consistency.
- Pour the chocolate over the smoothie bowl and let it harden.
- Dust the cinnamon powder on top.
- Crack in to it and enjoy.
