BOUNTY SMOOTHIE

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g frozen banana
  • 60g coconut yoghurt
  • ½ scoop protein powder (17.5g)
  • 3 tablespoons coconut water
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

Chocolate shell:

  • 45g chocolate chips 
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (7g)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender blend all the smoothie ingredients.
  2. Once it is thick Pour in to a Bowl.
  3. Make the chocolate shell by microwaving the chocolate and oil until a smooth consistency.
  4. Pour the chocolate over the smoothie bowl and let it harden.
  5. Dust the cinnamon powder on top.
  6. Crack in to it and enjoy.
