Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Milk 200ml or 6.7 oz, semi skimmed
  • 0% Fat Yoghurt 150g or 5.29 oz
  • Blueberries 100g or 3.5 oz
  • Whey Protein 1 scoop
  • Espresso 1 shot

Instructions:

First, make an espresso. Next, add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend
until smooth.
