Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Greek Yoghurt 130g or 4.6oz
  • Almond Milk 100ml or 3.4fl oz
  • Banana 1, small
  • Frozen Blueberries 60g or 2.1oz

Instructions:

Combine the blueberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding more almond
milk if needed.
