Beetroot Ginger Power Smoothie

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Apple Juice 150ml or 4.2fl oz
  • Beetroot 1, cooked
  • Spinach 1 handful
  • Ginger 1 inch piece

Instructions:

Place the cooked beetroot, a generous handful of spinach, grated ginger, and
apple juice into a blender. Blend on high until all ingredients are completely
smooth.
