BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g boneless white meat ( chicken breast, turkey breast, lean pork)
  • 30g Egg Whites
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin Olive Oil (7g)
  • 30g panko bread crumbs 
  • 30g Parmesan Cheese 
  • 2 tablespoon Pasta Sauce 
  • 30g low fat mozerella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • 20g spring onions to serve

Instructions:

  1. Take out your Chicken Breast, and cut thin slicesand season with salt and pepper.
  2. In one smaller bowl add in your Egg Whites and Olive Oil and mix.
  3. In another large bowl add in your Bread Crumbs and Parmesan Cheese and mix.
  4. Take out a baking sheet, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and put your Chicken Breast onto your baking sheet
  5. Lightly brush your wet mix onto both sides of your Chicken Breast slices
  6. Dunk them into your dry mix
  7. Coat the top of your Chicken Breast with some non-stick cooking spray
  8. Put them into the oven on 450F/232C for 20 minutes
  9. Take them out, flip them over, and evenly distribute your Pasta Sauce + Mozzarella Cheese over the top of them
  10. Put them back into the oven on 450F/232C for another 5-10 minutes (or until your cheese is melted)
  11. You can also use the air fryer instead of the oven.
