AIR FRYER STEAK BITES
Ingredients:
- 150g Red Meat (Lean beef, Veal, Lamb leg, Kangaroo, Goat, Camel)
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (7g)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
sauce
- 50g Non-fat Plain Greek yoghurt
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 10g mint leaves, Chopped
- ½ teaspoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Toss the steak pieces with the olive oil. Mix the spices together and coat the steak in the seasoning.
- Preheat air fryer to 200 C for 5 minutes. Once heated, add the steak to the basket and air fry for 5-6 minutes or to your desired doneness.
- While the Steak cooks Mix the Sauce dip ingredients together.
- Serve the Steak with the sauce dip and enjoy.
