Air Fryer Parmesan Chicken Tenders

 

Ingredients: (Makes 2)

  • Chicken Breast 250g
  • Egg 1
  • Breadcrumbs 60g or 2.1oz
  • Cornflour 20g or
  • Parmesan Cheese 20g or
  • Garlic Powder 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Ground Oregano 1 tsp

Instructions:

In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, cornflour, dried
oregano, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In another
shallow bowl, beat the egg.


Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Dip each chicken strip first in the egg wash,
then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.


Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F). Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray
to prevent sticking.


Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray the top of
the tenders lightly with 0 kCal spray. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway
through, until the chicken is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches
75°C (165°F).
