Ingredients: (Makes 2)
- Apple 2
- Greek Yoghurt 80g or 2.8oz,0.% fat
- Honey 1 tsp
- Olive Oil 1 tsp
- Corn Flour 1 tsp
- Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
Instructions:
Set your air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
In a bowl, toss the apple cubes with olive oil, cinnamon, cornstarch, salt, and honey
(if using) until evenly coated.
Spread the apples in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes,
shaking halfway through, until the apples are golden, slightly caramelised, and
tender.
Enjoy warm, topped with a spoonful of Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of crushed
walnuts.
