AIR FRIED WHITEFISH WITH GARLIC AND LEMON
Ingredients:
(makes 01 serving)
- 150g Whitefish
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp lemon
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper
- Chopped parsley
- Lemon wedges
- Oil for the fryer
Method:
- Preheat the air fryer on 180c for 5min.
- Season the fish using the ingredients mentioned above.
- Place the seasoned fish on the fryer with some lemon wedges.
- Air fry for 6-12 min. Check with a fork and cook till its tender.
Tips for frying:
- Add lemon wedges into the air fryer over the fish so the fish will be crispier and juicer from inside.
- If you do not have an air fryer you can also use a skillet, place the fish on top of sliced lemon in the pan and cook to get a good crunchy coating.
