AIR FRIED WHITEFISH WITH GARLIC AND LEMON

 

Ingredients: 

(makes 01 serving)

  • 150g Whitefish 
  • ½ tsp garlic powder          
  • ½ tsp lemon
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • Chopped parsley
  • Lemon wedges
  • Oil for the fryer

Method:

  • Preheat the air fryer on 180c for 5min.
  • Season the fish using the ingredients mentioned above.
  • Place the seasoned fish on the fryer with some lemon wedges.
  • Air fry for 6-12 min. Check with a fork and cook till its tender.

Tips for frying:

  • Add lemon wedges into the air fryer over the fish so the fish will be crispier and juicer from inside.
  • If you do not have an air fryer you can also use a skillet, place the fish on top of sliced lemon in the pan and cook to get a good crunchy coating.
