Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one servings.

  • Banana 1, medium
  • Egg 1
  • Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Greek Yoghurt 110g or 4oz
  • Pistachio Butter 30g or 1oz
  • Pistachios 5g or 0.2oz, chopped

Instructions:

n a microwave-safe dish, mash the banana with a fork. Add the egg, cocoa
powder, and baking powder. Mix until smooth. Microwave for 4 minutes until set in
30s burts.


In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and pistachio until smooth.


Transfer the sponge to a plate. Use a spoon to make small holes across the
surface. Spread the yogurt mix over the top. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios if
using. Enjoy warm or slightly cooled.
