Spicy Tuna Sourdough Melt

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one servings.
- Tuna 1 tin, drained
- Sriracha ½ tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Black Pepper 1 twist
- Sourdough Slices 2
- Pesto 1 tsp
- Cheddar Cheese 30g or 1.1oz, reduced fat
- Spring Onion 2, sliced
- Fresh Chives 1 tbsp, chopped
- Fresh Dill 1 tbsp, chopped
- Capers 1 tbsp
- Sweetcorn 1 tbsp
- Greek Yoghurt 1 tbsp, 0% fat
- Cottage Cheese 1 tbsp, 0% fat
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, spring onions, chives, dill, capers,
and sweetcorn. Add the Greek yoghurt, cottage cheese, and sriracha. Mix
thoroughly until well combined and seasoned with salt and black pepper to taste.
Lay out the sourdough slices and spread the pesto evenly over each slice. Divide
the spicy tuna mixture between 2 slices of sourdough. Top with 15 g (0.5 oz) of
grated cheese per sandwich.
Place the sandwiches in the basket and air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 5–6 minutes.
