Cinnamon Roll Baked Sheet Pancake

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for four servings.
- Semi Skim Milk 350ml or 11.8fl oz
- Bread Flour 160g or 5.6oz
- Eggs 2
- Whey Protein 80g or 2.8oz, Vanilla
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Sweetener 1 tsp
Instructions:
Add the eggs, milk, flour, sweetener, vanilla whey, oil, and salt to a bowl. Whisk until
smooth and lump-free.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour in the batter and spread evenly.
Bake at 200°C for 18 to 20 minutes until just set.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon and sweetener
mixture (1tsp cinnamon mixed with 1 tsp sweetener)
Slice into squares, roll each piece into a spiral, and serve warm.
