Mango Blueberry Power Smoothie

 

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one portions.

  • Almond Milk 100ml or 3.4fl oz
  • Frozen Mango Chunks 90g or 3.1oz
  • Banana 1, small
  • Frozen Blueberries 80g or 2.8oz
  • Whey Protein 1 scoop, vanilla
  • Chia Seeds 1 tsp

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender: blueberries, mango, protein powder,
banana, chia seeds, and almond milk. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until
completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides halfway if needed.
