Air Fryer Hunters Chicken Flatbread

 

Ingredients: (Makes 2)

  • Chicken Breast 1, (125g or 4.4oz per breast)
  • Flatbread 1
  • BBQ Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mozzarella 30g or 1oz, reduced fat
  • Bacon Medallion 1
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Butter ½ tsp, 60% fat
  • Parsley ¼ tsp

Instructions:

Poach the chicken breast in simmering water until cooked through (~10–12 mins),
or use a ready-cooked breast for ease. Shred once cooked. Air fry the chopped
bacon at 180°C (355°F) for 5–6 minutes, until crispy.


Toss the shredded chicken with 1 tbsp BBQ sauce in a bowl.


Spread 1 tbsp BBQ sauce on one side of your flatbread or naan. Layer on the
grated mozzarella, followed by the BBQ chicken and crispy bacon. Fold the
flatbread in half to enclose the filling.


Melt the butter and stir in garlic purée and chopped parsley.


Brush the top of the folded flatbread generously with the garlic butter. Air fry at
180°C (355°F) for 7 minutes, or until golden, crisp, and the cheese is melted.
