Choco-Banana Baked Oats

 

Ingredients:

  • Semi Skim Milk 80ml or 2.7oz
  • Banana 50g or 1.7oz
  • Porridge Oats 40g or 1.4oz
  • Whey Protein 1 scoop, chocolate
  • Dark Chocolate 1 square
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a blender, combine the banana, oats, vanilla protein powder, baking powder,
honey, and milk. Blitz until smooth. Pour the batter into an oven-safe baking dish.

Top with the sliced banana, a sprinkle of granulated sweetener, a dash of
cinnamon, and a square of no-sugar chocolate.

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. For a cakier
texture, bake on the longer side.

Enjoy your warm, chocolatey baked oats straight from the oven for a satisfying
breakfast treat!
