SKILLET TUNA TOFU

Ingredients:

  • 150g canned tuna
  • 1 teaspoon butter, (7g)
  • 150g Tofu, crumbled 
  • 5g parsley,  chopped 
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • ¼ teaspoon  red pepper flakes 
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice 
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. 
  2. Then add the butter. Let the butter brown a little. 
  3. Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes till golden brown.
  4. Once done add the tuna along with the remaining spices and herbs. Saute for another 5 minutes. 
  5. Season with salt and drizzle the lemon juice to taste.
  6. Serve warm or chilled and enjoy!
