PROTEIN TOAST ROLLUPS

 

Ingredients:

Protein French Toast Mix:

  • 150g Whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 50ml almond milk
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoons Sugar free syrup

Roll-Up Mix:

  • 100g Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder (35g)

Protein French Toast Roll-Ups:

  • 4 white bread slices

Instructions:

Protein French Toast Mix:

  1. Add all of your French toast mix ingredients into a bowl
  2. Mix everything together

Roll-Up Mix:

  1. Add all of your roll-up mix ingredients into a bowl
  2. Mix everything together until smooth

Protein French Toast Roll-Ups:

  1. Take out your Bread and flatten it by using a rolling pin or something similar
  2. Put some of your roll-up mix onto your flattened piece of bread and evenly distribute it with a spoon
  3. Roll your Bread being careful not to roll it too tight
  4. Dunk your roll-up into your protein French toast mix and let the excess drip off
  5. Place your roll-up onto a pan or griddle coated with some non-sticking cooking spray
  6. Cook each side on medium heat for around 1-2 minutes.
  7. Server and enjoy.
