MOCHA PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS

 

Ingredients:

  • 45g rolled oats 
  • 2 Tablespoon chia seeds 
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder (35g) chocolate flavour
  • 100g strawberry
  • 100ml brewed coffee 
  • 200g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar free syrup 

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl, and mix thoroughly. Cover with a lid or cling film, and place in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or overnight. Serve straight from the fridge when you’re ready to eat.
