RAINBOW PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL

 

Ingredients:

  • 50g mango, peeled and cubed
  • 60g baby spinach
  • 100g halved strawberries
  • 50g blackberries
  • 50g frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free syrup
  • 1 scoop whey Protein Powder (35g) vanilla flavour
  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 150ml Unsweetened almond milk

Toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, toasted
  • 50g pomegranate
  • 50g dragon fruit
  • 20g raisins

Instructions:

  1. Combine cubed mango, spinach, berries, sugar free syrup, protein powder, Greek yoghurt and milk in a blender; blend to a thick smoothie consistency.
  1. Serve to a bowl and arrange the chia seeds, raisins and fresh fruit over the top.
