CAULIFLOWER BANANA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 300ml Unsweetened almond milk
- 60g banana, frozen
- 200g frozen cauliflower, steam before freezing for the best flavour
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g) vanilla flavour
Toppings:
- 20g raisins
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
- Combine the milk, banana, frozen cauliflower and protein powder and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with flax seeds, peanut butter, raisins and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder.
