BLUEBERRY KEFIR POPSICLES

 

Ingredients:

  • 150ml almond milk
  • 150g blueberries
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free syrup 
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice 

Instructions:

  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender and pulse a few times to break up the blueberries. If you don’t want blueberry chunks, puree completely.
  2. Pour mixture into Popsicle moulds and freeze for a few hours, until set.
  3. Enjoy!
