GREEK YOGURT FRUIT POPSICLES

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 75g blueberries 
  • 75g strawberries
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions:

  1. Add the berries to a food processor and pulse a few times until they form a chunky puree (or smash using a mortar and pestle).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the vanilla flavoured Greek yogurt, fruit puree and lemon zest. Divide the mixture evenly into your popsicle moulds Freeze thoroughly.
  3. To separate, loosen the handle of the mould gently, running the Popsicle mould under warm water, if necessary. Enjoy!
