Zinger Tacos

 

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one portions.

  • Chicken Mince 125g or 4.4oz
  • Onion Powder 1 tsp
  • Paprika ½ tsp
  • Ground Oregano 1 tsp
  • Potatoes 80g or 2.8oz
  • Small Tacos 2, small
  • Lettuce 2 leafs
  • Light Mayonnaise 10g or 0.35oz
  • Sriracha 10g or 0.35oz
  • Corn Flakes 10g or 0.35oz
  • Garlic Powder 1 tsp

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the chicken mince with cornflakes, onion powder, garlic powder,
oregano, paprika, pickle juice, salt, and pepper. Divide the mixture in half and press
directly onto each tortilla to form a flat patty on top.


Place the tacos patty-side down in a hot non-stick pan. Fry on medium heat for 3–
4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.


Toss the chipped potatoes in a little oil, salt, and pepper. Airfry at 200°C (390°F) for
12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.


Stir together the sriracha and mayo to make a spicy, creamy drizzle.
Top the tacos with shredded lettuce and a generous drizzle of sauce. Serve with
your crispy potatoes on top.
