ZESTY YOGURT PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS BOWL
Ingredients:
- 45g rolled oats
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g) fruit flavour
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seed
- 30g granola
- 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seed
- 150ml Unsweetened almond milk
- 100g mango
- 1 teaspoon Lime juice
- 150g Greek yogurt
- pinch of Ginger/cinnamon
- 5g mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon Lime Zest
Instructions:
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl, and mix thoroughly. Cover with a lid or cling film, and place in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or overnight. Serve straight from the fridge when you’re ready to eat.
