WARRIOR SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 150ml fresh red grapefruit juice
- 30g kale or baby spinach
- 100g apple cored and roughly chopped
- 130g chopped cucumber
- 40g celery stalk
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts, or to taste
- 55g frozen mango
- 2g mint leaves
- 100g ice cubes, or as needed
Instructions:
- Juice a red grapefruit and add ½ cup grapefruit juice to the blender.
- Now add the kale (or spinach), apple, cucumber, celery, mango, mint, and ice. Blend on high until super smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. This makes enough for a large glass with some leftover so you can also divide it into two servings and save one for later.
