TUNA POTATO ROSTI
Ingredients:
- 200g potato
- 150g canned tuna
- 1 tsp virgin olive oil
- 1 medium size onion
- 2 green chilli
- 2 salt
- 2 black pepper
Serve with
- 30g Fountain Tomato Sauce (no added sugar)
Method:

Mix the parboiled potatoes, tuna, green chillies, salt, and pepper in a deep bowl and mix well.
Step 2 / 3
Heat olive oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
Step 3 / 3
Add the potato mixture to the pan, mix well and spread it evenly with help of a back of a spoon. Cover and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn the rosti upside down and cook on another side for about 3 to 4 minutes. Serve immediately.
