TUNA NOODLES BAKE
Ingredients:
- 250g low calorie Slendier noodles (Well Rinsed)
- 250ml water
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (7g)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
- 100g chopped tomatoes
- 150g canned tuna
- 75g shredded carrot
- 75g shredded cabbage
- ½ teaspoon rosemary
- 20g part skim mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Place noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water, set aside.
- Heat the oven to 190C for 10minutes. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the onion for 3 minutes until softened a little. Add the garlic and chilli flakes, carrot, cabbage and cook for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and add a splash of water, then simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir the tuna into the sauce with the rosemary and drained noodles, and tip into a baking dish. Scatter over the cheese then bake for 20-25 minutes or until piping hot and bubbling.
