TUNA, HAM AND CHEESE SANDWICH
Ingredients:
(makes 01 serving)
- 50g Lean Sliced Ham
- 30g Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 50g tuna
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Iodized Salt
- 50g Tomato
- 10g White Onion
- 2 Regular Slices Multigrain Bread
(for gluten free option, substitute with appropriate gluten free bread)
Method:
- On a serving plate, place a slice of bread.
- Add the fat free cream cheese to one slice and top it with tuna, onion, and tomato.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the slice of ham on top.
- Place the second slice of bread over the top and slice into two triangles.
Serving Suggestions:
Add a bit of butter or margarine and toast the sandwiches in a toaster or on a frying pan to give it a better taste.
