TUNA, HAM AND CHEESE SANDWICH

 

Ingredients:

(makes 01 serving)

  • 50g Lean Sliced Ham
  • 30g Fat Free Cream Cheese 
  • 50g tuna
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper 
  • ½ tsp Iodized Salt 
  • 50g Tomato
  • 10g White Onion 
  • 2 Regular Slices Multigrain Bread

(for gluten free option, substitute with appropriate gluten free bread)

Method:

  • On a serving plate, place a slice of bread.
  • Add the fat free cream cheese to one slice and top it with tuna, onion, and tomato.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the slice of ham on top.
  • Place the second slice of bread over the top and slice into two triangles.

Serving Suggestions:

Add a bit of butter or margarine and toast the sandwiches in a toaster or on a frying pan to give it a better taste.
