TUNA BAKE NOODLE

 

Ingredients:

  • 125g Low-Calorie Slendier Noodles
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (7g)
  • 150g Canned Tuna (in water or brine)
  • 100g Spinach
  • 50g Sweetcorn
  • 50g Broccoli
  • 50g Mushrooms
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 45g low-fat Cheddar Cheese
  • Dash of Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Noodle according to package instructions.
  2. Empty the tuna into a large bowl. Add spinach, sweetcorn, broccoli, and mushrooms. Mix well with chopped garlic and oil.
  3. Add drained pasta to a bowl and mix again.
  4. Add contents of the bowl into a level ovenproof dish.
  5. Add cheese and black pepper on top and bake for 15-20 mins in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
  6. Remove from oven when golden color.
  7. Serve on a plate and enjoy!
