TUNA BAKE NOODLE
Ingredients:
- 125g Low-Calorie Slendier Noodles
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (7g)
- 150g Canned Tuna (in water or brine)
- 100g Spinach
- 50g Sweetcorn
- 50g Broccoli
- 50g Mushrooms
- 1 clove Garlic
- 45g low-fat Cheddar Cheese
- Dash of Pepper
Instructions:
- Cook the Noodle according to package instructions.
- Empty the tuna into a large bowl. Add spinach, sweetcorn, broccoli, and mushrooms. Mix well with chopped garlic and oil.
- Add drained pasta to a bowl and mix again.
- Add contents of the bowl into a level ovenproof dish.
- Add cheese and black pepper on top and bake for 15-20 mins in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
- Remove from oven when golden color.
- Serve on a plate and enjoy!
