TILAPIA WITH NOODLES

Ingredients:

  • 100g Low- Calorie Slendier noodles
  • 150g White Fish (Tilapia, Barramundi, Basa, Prawns, Calamari, Dori, Ling, Snapper, Whiting)
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil (7g)
  • 15g all-purpose flour
  • 100ml water
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 50g onion
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 5g drained capers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set it aside.
  2. Sprinkle tilapia with salt and pepper. Dust lightly with flour.
  3. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add tilapia; cook until lightly browned and fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 3-5 minutes per side. Remove from pan; keep warm.
  4. Add water, lemon juice, onions, bell pepper, and capers to the same skillet; cook and stir until mixture is reduced by half, about 5 minutes. 
  5. Then add the noodles and the cooked fish.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.
