The Alpine Melt

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for two.
- Sliced Chicken 200g or 7oz, cooked
- Bread 4 sliced, medium
- Cottage Cheese 120g or 4.2oz, fat free
- Brie 100g or 3.5oz
- Spinach handful
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix the shredded turkey or chicken with cottage cheese, sliced
brie, spring onion, and garlic granules. Season with salt and pepper. It should be
creamy, slightly chunky, and well combined.
Spread the cranberry sauce on one slice of bread. Add the spinach, then spoon
the cheesy turkey mixture evenly on top. Close with the second slice and press
down lightly.
Spray both sides lightly with oil and air fry at 190°C for 6–8 minutes, turning
halfway, until golden and crisp.
Slice diagonally (non-negotiable), watch that melty cheese stretch, and dive in
while warm.
