TEX-MEX CHICKEN

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tomatoes
  • 1 Mission low carb wrap
  • 20g spring onion
  • 10g coriander leaves
  • 100g boneless chicken breast
  • 50g baked beans
  • 1/2 tsp Chipotle paste (Mexican spice mix)

Method:

  • Dice 1 tomatoes and mix with 2 tbsp finely chopped onion, a handful of coriander and 1/2 tsp chipotle paste.
  • Add 50g of baked beans to each.
  • Top with slices of cooked chicken breast and roll up.
