TEX-MEX CHICKEN
Ingredients:
- 1 tomatoes
- 1 Mission low carb wrap
- 20g spring onion
- 10g coriander leaves
- 100g boneless chicken breast
- 50g baked beans
- 1/2 tsp Chipotle paste (Mexican spice mix)
Method:
- Dice 1 tomatoes and mix with 2 tbsp finely chopped onion, a handful of coriander and 1/2 tsp chipotle paste.
- Add 50g of baked beans to each.
- Top with slices of cooked chicken breast and roll up.
