Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Semi-Skim Milk 200ml or 6.7fl oz
  • Banana 1, medium
  • Frozen Blueberries 80g or 2.8oz
  • Whey Protein 1 scoop, vanilla
  • Almond Butter 1 tsp
  • Baby Spinach 1 handful
  • Kale 1 handful
  • Cinnamon 1/2 tsp

Instructions:

Gather all ingredients. Ensure the banana and blueberries are well-frozen to give
the smoothie a thick, frosty texture. In a high-powered blender, combine the frozen
banana, blueberries, milk, protein powder, spinach, kale, cinnamon, and almond
butter. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth. Depending on
your blender, this might take 1-2 minutes. Scrape down the sides as needed to
ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated.
