Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Semi Skim Milk 200ml or 6.7fl oz
  • Greek Yoghurt 125g or 4.4oz, 0% fat
  • Frozen Strawberries 70g or 2.5oz
  • Porridge Oats 30g or 1oz
  • Honey 1 tsp

Instructions:

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
