STRAWBERRY/ MANGO CHEESECAKE OATS

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g low fat cottage cheese
  • 45g Rolled Oats
  • 80ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 100g strawberries/mango chopped

Method:

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  1. Divide the mixture evenly between two mason jars or meal prep containers.
  1. This recipe can be made overnight or the day of. The longer it soaks the better it is though!
