STRAWBERRY/ MANGO CHEESECAKE OATS
Ingredients:
- 150g low fat cottage cheese
- 45g Rolled Oats
- 80ml unsweetened almond milk
- 100g strawberries/mango chopped
Method:
- Stir all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Divide the mixture evenly between two mason jars or meal prep containers.
- This recipe can be made overnight or the day of. The longer it soaks the better it is though!
