STOVETOP OATS
Ingredients:
- 65g rolled oats
- 130ml almond milk
- ½ tbsp sugar free syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 35g Whey protein powder
Topping
- 50g banana
- 50g Frozen berries
Method:
- Stir all the ingredients in a medium on high heat.
- Once it comes to a boil, bring to a lower heat, and continue to stir.
- Once you have gained the needed consistency let it cool and then top it with the toppings.
