STOVETOP OATS

 

Ingredients:

  • 65g rolled oats
  • 130ml almond milk
  • ½ tbsp sugar free syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 35g Whey protein powder

Topping

  • 50g banana
  • 50g Frozen berries

Method:

  • Stir all the ingredients in a medium on high heat.
  • Once it comes to a boil, bring to a lower heat, and continue to stir.
  • Once you have gained the needed consistency let it cool and then top it with the toppings.
