SPINACH AND CUCUMBER POPSICLE

 

Ingredients:

  • 50g spinach
  • 100g cucumber
  • 20g dates
  • 50g peaches
  • 150ml water

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Carefully fill the smoothie into the Popsicle melds, add a Popsicle stick, and freeze them for about 12 hours. To get the homemade popsicles out of the mould, just put the popsicles moulds under hot running water for a few seconds. Enjoy!
