SPINACH AND CUCUMBER POPSICLE
Ingredients:
- 50g spinach
- 100g cucumber
- 20g dates
- 50g peaches
- 150ml water
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Carefully fill the smoothie into the Popsicle melds, add a Popsicle stick, and freeze them for about 12 hours. To get the homemade popsicles out of the mould, just put the popsicles moulds under hot running water for a few seconds. Enjoy!
