- 150g pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (35g)
- 150g egg whites
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, egg white, protein powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice until evenly mixed.
- Meanwhile, heat a skillet and add the mixture to the pan. Then cook for approximately 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally till the eggs are scrambled and cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
