Raspberry Protein Baked Oats

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for four portions.
- Almond Milk 300ml or 10fl oz
- Icing Sugar 10g or 0.35oz
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Banana 2, large
- Porridge Oats 200g or 7oz
- Eggs 2
- Frozen Raspberries 100g or 3.5oz
- Whey Protein 80g or 2.8oz, Vanilla
- Almond Flakes 20g or 0.7oz
- White Chocolate Chips 40g or 1.4oz
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
In an ovenproof dish, mash the bananas. Add oats, protein powder, baking
powder, almond milk, and frozen raspberries. Mix well.
Top evenly with almond flakes and chopped white chocolate. Bake for 20 minutes,
or until golden and set.
Allow to cool slightly, then dust with icing sugar and cut into 4 squares to serve.
