RAINBOW PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL
Ingredients:
- 50g mango, peeled and cubed
- 60g baby spinach
- 100g halved strawberries
- 50g blackberries
- 50g frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar free syrup
- 1 scoop whey Protein Powder (35g) vanilla flavour
- 150g Greek yoghurt
- 150ml Unsweetened almond milk
Toppings:
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds, toasted
- 50g pomegranate
- 50g dragon fruit
- 20g raisins
Instructions:
- Combine cubed mango, spinach, berries, sugar free syrup, protein powder, Greek yoghurt and milk in a blender; blend to a thick smoothie consistency.
- Serve to a bowl and arrange the chia seeds, raisins and fresh fruit over the top.
