PUMPKIN BEEF KOFTA

 

Ingredients:

  • 10g oats flour
  • 250g pumpkin
  • 150g lean Minced beef
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger paste
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala powder
  • salt as required
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mango powder (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 20g potato
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method:

Step 1

Take a non-stick pan and sauté the minced beef for 10 minutes.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine boiled pumpkin cubes, boiled potato, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, dry mango powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, oats flour, sautéed minced beef salt as per taste and 1 tsp olive oil.

Step 3

Mix well to make a thick dough.

Step 4

From the mixture make small flat patties in the shape of kofta.

Step 5

Spray some olive oil in a pan fry the koftas till golden brown from both sides.

Step 6

Once done, serve hot.
